We’re updating our National Drug Code Fee Schedule, effective June 1, 2025.
To evaluate changes in your reimbursement that may result from the updates, you can request a copy of the schedule. Submit a Fee Schedule Request Form on or after June 1, 2025. The schedule is confidential and proprietary information and must be maintained as such per your agreement.
