Health Insurance and Your Tax Return

Due to tax law changes1, the IRS says you no longer need Form 1095-B to file your federal income taxes if you bought your health plan on our Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) website2 or got your BCBSNM health plan through your job.3
